[When renting in the CASICA building]

・ Plants are only available for rental in the hall.
・ If you use SHOPA or B in shooting, you can use the products in SHOPA or B for free,
If you move to other places and use it, we have a rental fee.
・ Please contact us as some small items can be used with studio permanent equipment (free of charge).

[CASICA House/Outside of Hall]

・ In principle, rental items are only used for rentals. Please note that there are scratches and changes in color due to the nature of the antiques.
・ The returning of the product is 5 % of the product price per day. If you are overdue, please contact the staff.




Rule


[CASICA House/Outside of Hall]

・ Product reservations (reserves) will be one week. If it exceeds that, it will be a paid rental.
・ Payment should be settled at any of cash, credit, bank transfer (prepayment) when applying or when carrying out.
・ If you wish to transfer banks, by transferring to the specified bank account 2 days before the rental date (not including weekends and holidays).
You can pay. If you cannot confirm your payment, it will be automatically canceled.
・ Please pay the transfer fee to the customer.
・ When you use it, you will be presented with a business card and a photo of your face.
・ When carrying out, check the status of the product with the staff.
・ Packing and delivery costs are not included. Bring the packing material, pack it firmly so that it does not damage it yourself.
Please take it out and return it.
If there is no packing material at the time of loading, the packing fee (¥ 500) will be charged.

・ Please submit a studio use application form separately for booking at a studio or store.

 


Notes

[CASICA House/Outside of Hall]

・ All rental products are sold. Please be careful when handling.
・ It is not possible to use dishes on tableware. It cannot be used in a highly risk of damage or dirt.
・ If the state change is obviously from the time of unloading the product, it will be purchased at 100 % of the list price.
・ Please check the damage and dirt under the staffing at the time of return.
Depending on the condition of damage or dirt, you will be responsible for the purchase or repair price.

[When renting outside the CASICA]

・ The rental product delivery time is basically CASICA business hours. Please contact us in the case of other times.
・ If there are many large furniture, we may consult here about the time outside of business hours.


[When renting in the CASICA building]

・ If you have a product in the shop, please contact the staff in charge of the studio.
It is free, but we ask you to return to the original state.



Product Rental Terms of Use

If you apply for rental of our store products, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms of Use.



Matters concerning product rental


・ In principle, rental items are only used for rentals. Please note that there are changes in scratches and colors due to the nature of the antiques.
・ Plants are only available for rental in the hall.
・ Product reservations (reserves) will be one week. If it exceeds that, it will be a paid rental.



Matters concerning usage fees

・ The following price list is applied to the product rental fee of our store.
・ The returning of the product is 5 % of the product price per day. If you are overdue, please contact our store.
・ Cancellation of cancellation will be accepted by telephone during our store business hours.

Matters concerning payment (about payment of rental fee)

・ Payment should be settled by cash, credit, bank transfer (prepayment) at the time of application or when carrying out.
・ If you wish to transfer banks, until the rental date (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
You will be able to pay by transferring to the specified bank account.
If you cannot confirm your payment, it will be automatically canceled.
・ The transfer fee will be borne by the user.



Confirmation of application applications

・ When applying for use, you will be appointed in charge of the local use and provide a business card and an ID card with a photo.
As a general rule, we will contact the local person in charge of contact regarding the use.
・ If you are recognized as a gangster person or another belonging to an anti -social organization, you will not be able to apply or use.
・ If you need permission or notification of the government office, please be approved by the user.

Cancellation of applications and prohibited items

If any of the following corresponds, we may refrain from canceling or using the application at the discretion of our store. In this case, we will not refund any payments.
Also, please note that the user will be borne by this if the store damages it.

(a) When information such as reservation information and usage at the time of application is contrary to facts.
(B) When the contact information of the local manager cannot be contacted.
(C) When the user subles to a third party without permission.
(D) When any act is contrary to the Terms of Use.
(e) When the store determines that the use is inappropriate.

* If there is an unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, conflicts, facilities failure, and other facilities contracts and management.
Our store can cancel or suspend users' reservations.
Also, please note that we are not responsible for any damages related to it.
However, in this case, there is no rental fee.
If you have already transferred the usage fee, we will refund the amount of the bank transfer fee.
