About cancellation, change, return / exchange after ordering

We do not accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges after ordering due to customer reasons. (Size difference, image difference, error purchase, etc.)

Returns and exchanges of delivered products are accepted only when damaged or stained. If you would like to return or exchange, please, but within 3 days after the product arrives.HerefromPlease contact the store.

However, old furniture and old tools are one point after a long time, with scratches, dirt, and distortions. Due to this characteristics, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note.

In addition, we cannot respond to damage and dirt during delivery, so please contact the delivery company. If you have scratches or dents in the packing when you arrive, please check the product on the spot.

* We do not accept products after the order is completed. Please order again as a bespoke order.
* We do not accept the bundle of your order separately.
* If you return to our shop because your luggage once shipped, you will receive a separate shipping fee to us and the shipping fee for redelivery.


About refund

The refund method is different depending on the initial payment method.
After the product arrives and confirmed to the Company, we will process returns and refund procedures within 1-2 weeks.
